A Message from the Club President

Welcome to the Virginia Peninsula Rotary Club Website.  We invite you to take a look around and view the many exciting community and international projects sponsored by our Club.   Our membership is composed of a diverse group of men and women whose goal is “Service Above Self.”

We have a wide range of community service projects that members of the club participate in on a regular basis.  Locally we are involved in many civic projects such as Salvation Army Bell Ringing during the holidays and the Achievable Dreams Tennis Ball. Internationally we are working in conjunction with a Rotary Club in Costa Rica to provide a waste treatment plant for one of the schools.

During the year we have socials that promote family fun and further develop friendships; district conferences to learn more about Rotary and to meet other Rotarians and to   increase our Rotary awareness and knowledge.  Our weekly meetings provide dynamic speakers who inform us about current and future issues of interest for our area.

Please join us for a meeting on Wednesday at Noon at the Holiday Inn in Hampton.  If you are looking for a place to meet some outstanding citizens and participate in projects to better serve our community, and find a place where you can develop long-standing friendships, our Club is made for you!
